This was tough. Food was great but the delivery was a new one on me. The driver called me and said he was outside. I opened the door barefoot and saw him sitting in his car scrolling through whatever on his phone. Then he looks up expectantly. And I realize he wants me to come to the car. So I shut the door and go put my shoes on unable to comprehend this. This by the way is the first time this has happened to me in 36 years of getting delivery. I come back outside and he is now coming around the car, likely thinking I washed my hands of him. Then, get this, he gestures to the car and says something about how he can't park in a frustrated manner. But he's in the parking on my street, like he is parked, but also half in the road, a busy thoroughfare, when he could have easily parked but I guess he had some hot take on social media to riff off real quick. And it wasn't raining. So the trip to get my shoes gave me a sec to peel his tip out of the money I had ready and toss it behind the door Not sure about ever ordering again. My sisters & I ordered food. 4 wings and fries, jumbo fried shrimp W/ fried rice and spare ribs w/ shrimp fried rice. The fried chicken tasted really old. The jumbo fried shrimp weren't jumbo. They were small and fried really hard. The spare ribs were good. I got a jumbo cup of ice for $1.25 that was freezer burned. Had to pay extra for a container to put my shrimp in. I didn't want them with the rice; would make the shrimp soggy. But as it turns out, shrimp hard as hell. I am so tired of patronizing these asian carryout with poor customer service. Your language has a barrier, food not cooked properly, unnecessary pricing. Most if all food that taste horrible and looks unappealing. If you explain that the service was inconsistent and poor. We are so disappointed, just spent $50 on cheesesteak egg rolls (disgusting with all onions and no meat, pork egg rolls (no pork, just filling and tiny pink specks of what’s supposed to be pork), pork fried rice was good, Singapore noodles had hardly any shrimp or chicken and tasted sweet and we get that often, it shouldn’t be sweet). We’ve never been so unhappy with Chinese food, until now. This place used to be great but I don’t know what happened, it’s been years since we ordered from them. When I first walked in and said hello to a man up front, he ignored me and I stood there for about 4 minutes before someone helped me, meanwhile, my order had been ready because I got a text soon as I pulled up.
