Absolutely horrible customer service. I was mailed a gift from here by my Mother in Law (who lives in FL) which did not fit me and they refused to give me a store credit because I was one week outside of their 21 day return policy. And to top it off Amy, the Manager, would not come out from the back to speak with me only left her helpless assistant Sarah, alone to do her dirty work. As a Manager of a retail business myself, I am very much aware of how these kinds of shortsighted attitudes can hurt business. A fate I'm sure Brightside will come to see. I'm sorry that I have bought so many other gifts for friends here over the years and will certainly never return or send recommendations here. Save your money for business who care about...

The selection is great, but I did not feel comfortable shopping at this location vs. Fells. Immediately as I picked up an item (a fabric mask) an associate immediate said they would hold it up front. As a kind gesture or because I was going to snatch it up? Unsure, but with my past retail work experience it is the latter. It was a group of four of us, all of us nurses... I just felt like we were being monitored from the moment we walked...

Hours at this location are IFFY. Every time I’ve come here after work (& this has happened on 3 separate occasions, after 5:00 p.m.) are closed! And this is after finding parking & paying which in this area isn’t always easy to come by. Guess I’ll have to shop here during working hours somehow, because otherwise how are you sure the store will be open?
