Needed to Exchange Air Wick Pluggins without a Receipt. Karletta told we don't do returns without a Receipt because you could have brought this from a "Crack Head". My reply excuse me ma'am I purchased this here and I know I can't return it I would like to Exchange it for cleaningauplies. Well we don't take returns or Exchanges without a Receipt. She Pointed to the policy which clearly stated no returns without receipts. So I asked if she was the manager she replied YES! Said then you should read your policy because it doesn't say that. I requested the number to customer service. She gave me multiple numbers all of them were in correct. I finally Googled "DG" customer service and located the number. After spending an hour in the store with the very unhappy unfriendly combative staff. I was assure by customer service that I would receive a call in 24hrs. It took a week. I just left the store and they didn't even bother to offer any type of compensation for my horrible experience in this location. The manager "Mo" responded to my request by saying we are compensating by giving you back your $6.25. Talking about not valuing customers or their time. I wouldn't recommend anyone shop here! And I will certainly go out of my way to avoid spending my dollars here in the future if something...

Read moreI'm making you aware of the poor management. I was a frequent customer but I was thrown out of the store by the manager Tiffany. She is dead wrong and has me confused with someone else. She was not cooperative about her last name or the store number. I was accused of some crime and was publicly humiliated and was told that I had a previous issue with her in the past and no matter what I said I was rudely told to leave the store immediately. I don't know what crime I am accused of and I am an upstanding citizen who is not a criminal. I'm going to make sure that she understands the mistake she has made and I will continue to contact you until actions are done about this...
