I didn’t get the chance to try the food because there wasn’t a price list with the menu. They have as takeout menu posted on the glass with their menu options, but the pricing cut out. There are dam near 100 signs posted all over the glass and the entry door. None of the signs are welcoming or makes you want to spend your money there. The signs read, ‘Check your order before you pay. I will not refund or remake your food’. But judging from another review, you have to pay before they start on your order. It’s giving take this wrong order and leave. There are so many other signs that basically little to no professionalism whatsoever. I never got the chance to order because as I walked in, I was never acknowledged. I’m not sure if they could even see me with all the signs littering the glass windows. I could see a man’s back to the door of the kitchen and I could hear a woman talking loudly. There were clearly several people there but no one actually took the time to ask how they could be of service. By time I asked for assistance there was a child speaking to me through the mic. They children don’t even know how to properly address consumers. But I didn’t hold that against her. I asked if there was a takeout menu and she said nothing short of ‘No’. There’s no atmosphere here and no customer service. Read those reviews and listen to those people. You’d be putting your money to waste if you had came here. Read moreIf I could zero star I would! Me and my sister didn’t get any food, this is solely off of vibe and customer service. First of all, these people should not sell food because they are money focused vs quality focused. My sister wanted salmon over rice and they were “out of salmon”, plus the little girl taking her order with all the piercings in her face was rude and unwelcoming. So as my sister decided on something else I ordered a shrimp basket. They have multiple menus posted around the store, and the price listed was $10.99 for my shrimp basket. So when I was rung up and the register read $14.89 I said the price listed here is $10.99.. The rude girl proceeded to say oh the prices changed, very nonchalantly. So with the lack of customer service and that price change we didn’t wanna eat there anymore and started to walk out. I’m guessing the owner or cook, whoever came from out the back yelling and shouting about something about price change. At this point me and my sister are out of the store, and she followed us outside to yell some more. I’m glad I didn’t order from there, because who wants food from an angry bird. Nonetheless, following somebody outside of your business is dangerous, especially at 11pm at night… yall need to do better. The female who was cooking was so unprofessional it was embarrassing, She literally cussed out customers who were upset about waiting 45 minutes to 1hr for 4 wings. Instead of addressing the issue, she chose to say, F-you, don't bring your Ugly A back in here, that's not the Worse parts of this, it was a child about 6yrs old standing underneath her as she continued. As people of color, we attempt to support Black owned Businesses but how do you continue to when the Owners/Workers are saying F-you and we don't care if you come back. The ONLY reason I gave 1Star is because it won't allow me to give 0 or Minus Stars.
