Unfortunately, My mother didn’t get the same customer service that others received. When try to put something on consignment one of the owners Linda advised that they could only buy the item if the original receipt was present. I know 100% that they didn’t ask other customers for the original sales receipt. I suggest every customer request the original receipt before purchasing anything from this store. I’m sure they will be unable to provide them. This store doesn’t have a original receipt for every item they are selling . It appears the owner only needs receipt from people that don’t look like them. If this is a rule it should be enforced on every item moving forward. Read moreUpdate - I wanted to try this place again. Came in today did not get greeted by the two ladies that were at the counter. I wandered around looking for cashmere sweaters and they seem to not have a lot of selection but I decided I would instead search for silver shoes for an upcoming wedding. I'm not seeing any kind of organization for shoes sizes which made me sad. I was probably walking around for a good 10 minutes and never received a "hello can I help you" "Are you looking for anything in particular" which I figured was extremely odd cuz there was only one customer besides me in the entire room.

In the span of the 10 minutes while I was shopping, they made at least 3 or four extremely offensive and passive aggressive remarks. I have come in a few times when traveling from out of state and it's the same every time. If you do not fit their profile, regardless of how much you spend, they are not welcoming and seem to be deliberately unkind.
