I made an order at 6:30 am today when got there at 7:50 am send my son to pick it up ,one of the store servers said it’s not ready and she will make it now mind you the sandwich was sitting on the counter I waited for him 10 minutes order still not ready So I went in there were a lot of people in the store so I asked for my order the server said I don’t have it and if you have a problem you can get a refund and was loud to me . off course I got mad I told her I don’t need a refund I placed my order to long ago and I want my order immediately please , I also as her if my money is no good she seemed racist she was go back and fort with me when she finally finished she slammed it on the counter and said something nasty...
Read moreOur 14 year old visited with a friend yesterday afternoon and realized late last night that he had lost his phone. I called early this morning and spoke to Chris. Not only did they acknowledge that they had the phone once I identified it, Chris offered to hold the phone until we could get there. Picked up the phone an hour later. Easy. Thank goodness. Problem resolved.
I have been many times to this very convenient location and enjoyed networking meetings, business meetings and just seeing friends.
The excellent work that is above and beyond by the whole team and specifically by Chris ensures that this will remain a favorite for some time to come.

Read moreI don't usually write reviews I'm not sure where to vent. I ordered a drink, Earl Grey Tea Latte with a shot of espresso. I didn't get any espresso nor any milk. I got an early grey tea bag in hot water that's it. I didn't realize until later otherwise I would have gone back. I got charged twice the amount for a tea because of the extra shot. Usually I don't care, my first job was barista at Starbucks.
