Marshalls — Local services in Bangor

I enjoyed my trip to Marshall's. I was able to purchase a really nice dress for work as well as some household cleaning supplies.

The one blemish to an otherwise enjoyable trip was the customer behind me in the checkout line. She and her children stood so close to me that they kept bumping into me with their clothes hangers. I realize that some people choose not to use social distancing, but this was downright rude.

I am still giving 5 stars because the store was well maintained, the merchandise selection was good, and the staff were courteous. I understand that they have no control over other customer's actions. I will visit again the next time...

Toxic. They are not even trying to enforce the mask mandate. If they do not care enough about the health and safety of their employees, let alone their customers, to enforce a simple mandate (which it would do well for them to remember is one of the conditions by which they are even allowed to be open at all), then I, and I'm sure others, will start boycotting the store. I have been here many times and overall have been pleased with my experience. They have a lot of name brand items at fair prices. Today how ever, I went there to shop and had to use the restroom. I noticed a smell as I was walking toward the restroom, I walked in and the entire room was flooded with feces and urine water from the toilet. It does happen, yes. Problem is they just threw a wet floor sign down and left it. Never bothered to clean it up or close the restroom for maintenance. Don’t think I’ll be back after...
