Good Afternoon, I had the opportunity to visit your Bangor store while I was on vacation. I was looking for unique items for my Childcare center in Massachusetts. I reached out to your assistant manager Chrissy and she was wonderful. Her knowledge of your store was impeccable. I was looking for something specific and you didn't carry it however, she engaged me into something else to buy that made the same impression of what I was looking to do in my Childcare program. Being a Business owner for 30 years and during these precedent time and having employees of my own, we all are face with the same concerns of finding good help. First issue is customer service? 1 out of 5. Rude, unhelpful, zero interest in helping or escalation. Shorter petite lady with brown hair working the register that does returns. She didn't even want to check the sign 30 feet away. Refused to match price.

Returns at a register is a totally separate issue. Why on earth, would you shut down 50% of your registers when you have 10 people in line? Not a manager to be seen covering anywhere. Zero staff. No help anywhere.

Rude store clerks but other than that It's OK but just your usual junk, odd fitting clothes (sox that are sewn weird, jackets with marks), bathroom items that you can find at basically at other stores. The place is kind of dusty and dirty. Some of the store clerks are rude from time to time but they are located at the sad mall so you won't get the professional demeanor you'd find at other malls. I stopped shopping there mostly because of some of the weird cashiers with attitude problems.
