I had placed a mobile order through the app and was in line waiting to pick up my order and when I pulled up to the speaker I was told that the broiler was down and they weren’t able to serve anything besides fries and chicken products so when I had explained politely that I had placed a mobile order they told me they could refund me at the second window upon pulling up and being treated disrespectfully by the employee working the window they told me there was no way to physically refund my order and that I’d have to speak to customer service through the app. I then asked for assistance on using the app to refund my order and was met with the most disrespectful manager I’ve come in contact with she had her face painted like Harley Quinn and had on excessive amounts of jewelry which immediately showed a lack of respect for the business they were “managing” they threatened to call the police and I have yet to be refunded and at this point I feel like bringing it to small claims with the treatment displayed by the staff and the money that was...
Read moreComplete trash BK. I’ve been here 2 times in the last month and neither time could I order anything I wanted. The first time it was past time to serve lunch and I waited patiently in the drive through for 10 mins before that just to be told they were short staffed and lunch wasn’t available for another 20 mins (plus it would have taken them another 10mins to make the stuff once it did get to that time and I already drove 1hr to get the food and wasn’t waiting any longer..Come to yesterday and my wife and I drive all the way back up to “try again” and when we get there this time they have a sign saying that their broiler isn’t working so they can’t cook any burgers basically… so you aren’t Burger King since you can’t cook a burger… as my wife said yesterday leaving this BK in Bangor, ME “they always seem to have an excuse” as to why they can’t/ aren’t serving lunch/ can’t cook burgers… do yourself a favor and just go to DQ in Ellsworth or McDonald’s or something since you definitely won’t get what you drive here for. There was one girl working the front counter, running and getting food for front counter, taking drive thru orders, and running/presenting for drive thru. And she killed it. She was doing amazing! Even double checked to make sure she gave me sauces. I went through the drive thru. I complimented her and told her that she should have some help but she’s doing awesome. And she wasn’t a manager either.
That’s too much for one person to keep up with. I’ve worked fast food and had to do it all like she was doing, it’s hard. But that’s not fair to her. I never caught her name. But she deserves the managers pay. She was running the whole front end by her SELF. Remembering the regulars orders as they came through drive thru and keeping up with it all while trying to keep a genuine smile. Please give this girl a raise, she deserves it. And some help please.
