They have absolutely beautiful furniture and flowers. I would buy everything if I could! But they have a huge customer service problem. Been there a couple times and my mom and grandmother were ignored by the people cutting flowers when they tried to pay. Someone also got up in my mom's face when she overheard her talking about a plant and told her very rudely something mom didn't ask for. Mountaineer Garden Center has been our favorite plant nursery since we were in college. Our favorite time to visit is in the fall when they have a MASSIVE selections of various types of pumpkins, gourds, mums and apples. When we married this fall it only made since to come back to Mountaineer Garden Center for all our decorating needs. Have shopped here for years & just realized I’ve never reviewed them. At this time of year their pumpkin display is photo worthy. Staff is always attentive.
