My daughter and I visited this store today. Upon arrival we entered the store and were not greeted. We approached a table where three females were sitting. I assume all were employees. We had already spoken with an AT&T agent and they instructed us to visit a store. I was interested in purchasing a phone and shared this with them. I wanted a phone with more storage than mine has. They told me I needed a 16 gig ad card. I told them I have one. I was told they weren't the type of store I needed to go to and even if I went to another store on Sunday they couldn't help me either because AT&T does updates on Sundays. I asked which stores were the type of store I needed. They told me to Google it. I said I'm an old woman I'm not good all that stuff. I just said that to see what response I got from them. One of them did Google the phone # of 2 stores that I could go to, wrote down their phone # for me. Mind you no one bothered to leave their seat for any reason whatsoever. All of them were staring at their phones. No eye contact was made. I felt as if I was a nuisance to them. I left the store vowing to never go back. I left with no phone, no help for the issues my daughter was having with her service, no assurance that it would be taken care of, and a decision that I will not enter that...
Read morefemale manager was very rude and passive aggressive. i came in to make an insurance claim to fix my screen and before i could even finish my sentence she blurts out âwe donât fix screens hereâ. no duh but i have to have help making a claim? when we sat down to get into my account she says my license was expired so she canât get into my account and basically makes it sound like itâs impossible to get into. all i had to do was give her my pin. the whole time i just felt like such a bother to be there. she just acted like she had better things to do than to help me as she literally got up and told someone else to take care of me and went and helped someone else. if i were rude or just overall a nasty customer i could understand passing me off to someone else, but i barely spoke at all since she kept cutting me off mid sentence. i thought maybe i was just reading too much into it but 2 of my friends were with me and one came up to the new employee helping and told her âyour manager needs to learn how to talk to people and drop the attitude. we then left. the second lady who took care of me was very sweet and acted like sheâs been in customer service before. i never leave reviews and usually blow bad encounters off but i work in hospitality and this is insane to talk to customers with...
Read moreI am a very patient person and understand mistakes happen. However, the associate who set up my new account literally messed up everything. Every single line has multiple issues, included the two extra lines that were thrown on that we didn't ask for. I have spent multiple days in the store, hours and hours on the phone and we are now in our almost third month still trying to get these issues fixed that should have never been a problem. I have waited three months to see if things would get better but after a $800 and then a $700 bill and being told that even though we are owed credits, they say they are too much for even supervisors to give and to wait till the next bill. Unfortunately, this is not a unique situation. Everyone i have told about all the issues have also said they either had similar issues or they know someone who did. I have given the AT&T store and customer service more than enough time and patience to fix these issues. Do yourself a favor steer clear of this store. Go to an actual AT&T store, not an...
