I was very displeased with this particular visit. My husband who is autistic asked the employee if he could search through their dumpster for any games/toys/snacks that might have been discarded in the dumpster outside to take home, cleanup & donate to local random food boxes to be found by those in need, in the area who might have children that cannot afford to purchase things like that for them, makes him feel good. A lot of times businesses throw away things that have nothing wrong with them instead of donating those items to someone who could really use/need those items who aren't as well off. The response he received was the total opposite of which the other local businesses responses were. I was told by all other local businesses in the area to go right ahead, they would be more than happy to help. Game Stops response was, you're more than welcome to check out the dumpster because it's your life but I cant guarantee I won't call the police on you. I've never been so humiliated & embarrassed in my life. I will not be returning to any other Game Stop in the future nor will I ever be recommending this businesses to anyone that I know & will most definitely be sure to make others well aware of what that day, what that one employee did which did result in fully ruining it for what I thought your...

Read moreWorst experience going into a public business. The store manger Meg is useless, rude, lazy and just seems to not like being at her job. The store is a mess and needs to be organized badly. I've been in many Gamestop and this one is ran into the group. Stuff is everywhere and there is no comfortable walking space. The other employees seem to have poor training and not any real knowledge about games. Only employee that's worth something there was a light skinned gentleman who I don't recall his name but he was very helpful. Seemed to enjoy talking to customers and helping them and he actually knew things about games and consoles. This store needs help and new management. If it doesn't get help, give it a reality show called worst...
