I have never had a problem with this verizon store until the other day. When I walked in I didn't think the person in there was the worker. They were dressed like they were going to a gym and they did not have a name tag on. To top it off their customer service matched the way they were dressed. I explained to the individual that I was there to open an account for a disable vet who was unable to walk. They said that they could not do that unless the customer was in the store. Once again I explained to this individual that the man was unable to walk; they didn't care. So I asked if I could purchase a sim card and that I would open an account on line and activate the card myself. The individual said that that was impossible. That they would have to activate it. The gentleman there the last times I visited was professional, kind,helpful and I walk out with a smile. So I stopped in again and Mary was behind the desk.she greeted me in a professional way also,so I proceeded to tell I couldn't get in my account she ask to see my phone and it took her no time at all to see I had a bug in there. She started to delete some things I downloaded " with my permission " it was funny cause she she wanted to keep handing the phone back to me. So I told her to do anything to get my phone back to normal. And she did. She had the patience to explain any questions I had and she was determined to fits it. We paid the taxes in store and clarified there would be charges on the account; the full amount of the phone $1000 was billed to the account and never mentioned to us. Their customer service was unprofessional and the sales representative did not seem to understand the promotions that I was applicable for and did not explain them fully to us before we made our purchase.
I called customer service believing this to be a simple billing error after getting the bill and they did not offer a refund. If the offer that was explained to us was not accurate, I would not have made the purchase.
