Working with Nolan at Goggans was such an absolute pleasure. As an artist, designer, AND perfectionist, it is very hard for me to hand over the reigns to another person design-wise. Nolan listened intently to all my ideas, wants, and needs and responded perfectly. I sent a couple inspiration pictures and Nolan took those ideas and ran with them. When I tell you that our flowers were the most BEAUTIFUL AND PERFECT things I've ever seen, it is not an exaggeration. It was so clear how much time, thought, and care they put into everything and when he hand-delivered my bouquet to me on my wedding day, my heart overflowed with love and appreciation for him and his team. My now husband even told me that when Nolan was unloading everything, he kept asking him if he thought I would like everything. It was just so obvious that he truly cared about my thoughts and that meant the world to me. And on top of the thoughtfulness, the actual end products he provided were so so so amazing. Not happy with arrangement made for my mother's 65th birthday. Chose a beautiful arrangement online and what was delivered did not meet my expectation. I was told when I called some flowers were not available and that they substituted to fill the value. I have no problem with that when the size remains the same. I over paid for a subpar arrangement.
