I just want to start by saying the customer service is phenomenal! I needed to send a sympathy flower for a friend but I was located hours away. I didnt have much information to provide her (as in the name and funeral home) and she helped research!

The representative was nice enough to suggest options and even suggested adding some additional flowers which were the perfect color! She was even nice enough to suggest a cross that could be added to the flowers and later be left at the grave!

She sent picture of the flowers to me to approve as well!

In lieu of the traditional Peace Lily, my coworkers and I decided to buy a small tree for our director to plant in memory of her deceased love one. Though they don't currently offer "Memoral Trees" as bereavement gifts, Adam's staff wasted no time dressing up this beautiful Camelia with a handsome bow, in a new wicker basket, topped with moss! I have ordered flowers a couple of times from Adams. One time was last minute. The ladies were wonderful, happy to fix a beautiful arrangement and get it delivered in plenty of time. They even send you a picture so you know what the arrangement looks like.
