Visited there Monday, 02/10/2025 after passing the establishment for a few months. The owner was extremely helpful. The filet mignons were outstanding in flavor and quality. We were advised on how to prepare all the items we purchased. I'm sorry we procrastinated stopping in. My husband & I are not extravagant . The price for the filets are 1/2 of what we would have paid for a visit to a high-end restaurant. Of course, the atmosphere of a special night out can't be compared to dinner at home, we felt the cost of the superb quality of the filets was...

Unfortunately...i thought that the customer service would be the same in palatine...it's not. When you're spending that kind of money on a prime product...i expect more. I explained what i was preparing to the gentleman to get the correct cut and product, and it didn't happen. He couldn't have cared less. Honestly...i should have just walked out. I know better. Go to the city and get the good meat. They care. They want your return business. And they will get it. Do yourself a favor...don't pay those high prices...without getting those...

I would highly recommend using Heybeck's for your catering needs! We used Heybeck's for our wedding in September and people raved about the food. This is not the first time that we have used them for an event, and the food is always something people walk away talking about. In addition, their staff onsite is always super friendly, and working with Brooke on building our menu beforehand was a great experience....
