Very bad experience, went there and spent thousands of dollars with them And was forced to pay extra for something over the phone without any explanation of why. Then when you pick up your product they want you to pay for “shipping” to their own store which is hundreds of dollars. Which would fine if it was shipped to my house. Even after I explain I paid for something over the phone already, Manager is rude and condescending and was mad I was questioning her about the charges. They can’t even keep track of the money you spend. Accused me of making it up until I showed her my credit card bill. Terrible customer service and will NOT be using them again.
