Gather ye round, for I must recount the tale of a most wondrous maiden, Fiza, who doth labor at the noble establishment of Chipotle. Verily, her service is such that it doth transcend the bounds of mere mortals, shining as a beacon of excellence in the realm of hospitality. Lo, upon my visit to said eatery, I was met not merely with sustenance but with the kind of care and devotion that doth rival the attentions of a royal steward. With swiftness and grace, Fiza did assemble my repast, each ingredient placed as though it were a treasure unto itself. Her countenance shone with mirth, and her words were as soothing as a bard’s melody, ensuring that all who stood before her felt as cherished as knights of renown. But what sets Fiza apart, dear reader, is her unparalleled ability to anticipate the needs of her patrons, as though she doth wield the gift of foresight. She doth proffer suggestions most wise and cater to preferences with an attentiveness that one might expect from a courtly attendant. Nay, not once did she falter in her quest to ensure that all were well-pleased and satisfied. Fiza is, without doubt, a paragon of service, a veritable jewel in the crown of Chipotle. May her deeds be heralded far and wide, and may her station ever rise, for she is a true champion of the art of hospitality. Long...

The first few visits we let it go as new & were patient, but growing issues persist. My kids and their friends are now driving to Deer Park store often where it’s usually a much better experience.
-Line waiting often very long while several employees doing almost nothing, only one person making meals at prime time lunch today -To get a decent portion size usually have to ask repeatedly and then get upcharged $5 sometimes for double when it’s not a double -Tried to order a an adult quesadilla and other stores always make them, but this store refused to do it. Says have to go into app separately(?) with a dozen people waiting and hold up the line rather than make it as usual. This is ridiculous. Employee was adamant on this while other customers also looked at her in mass confusion. So we ordered 2 kid quesadillas to not make a scene of people waiting even longer. These then had literally had no cheese in them and was charged $8 and tax for essentially 2 tortillas. Unbelievable really! -The parking is quite tight w drive thru traffic so be very careful -Suggest Deer Park re-train this store and put in some KPIs on...
Read moreSat at the drive through window, (it was 1040)for 8 minutes. employees wandering around making eye contact, but not stopping to acknowledge or say ANYTHING like “we will be right with you”. FYI gooGle maps says this place is open at 10:30- apparently that is only for online orders only. When I mentioned this, the manager made excuses that everyone there was on break and she was all alone. There were at least 6 employees- why are they all taking a break at opening?! The chipotle website only place that says this location is only open for online orders at 10:30. “Now open later at 10:45” written on the door only… There is no sign for declaration that the drive through is only for online orders. Even the people sitting in the 6 parking spaces for online order pick up eventually went inside- no one brought them their food either. Sassy attitude that they are not open inside until 10:45 “well it says on the door”. Let’s not even talk about the inside or the food. EW! why is the guac brown when you just opened? break employees drinking sodas leaning all over the counter “on break”. Never...
