I usually do not write reviews on anything, this is my first review because i was pretty troubled at all the good reviews i read about this place, and the lack of output i received. I had an iphone 6s with a very minor cracked screen, so i wanted to get a replaced screen. The phone was still fully functional, and jacob (i think his name was) assisted me on the first day. He said for the screen and install it was going to be 170, I also grabbed a screen protector and a new case, I even tipped him 30 bucks. Once i got home and started to mess with my phone, i noticed when my phone was on a flat surface part of the screen was unresponsive. I took it back a few days later as they have a one month warranty on their work. Once i went back, i asked what kind of products they use, and at first he said they use screens straight from apple, today he flip flopped and said they are "authorized apple retailers" which in my mind translates to utter crap. He put 3 different kinds of screens on my phone, and all of them were unresponsive on some part of the screen. At first he tried to say it was my fault for dropping it, and i quickly but professionally put an end to that, so he told me that all of the screens they had for my phone were defective so he had to order a new one. I waited over the weekend, and had my final screen replaced, and again the whole bottom half is laggy and unresponsive when phone is placed on a flat surface. I was so frustrated with the fact i blew 230 bucks on a crappy screen, i just went to verizon today to get a new iphone 7. As far as the professionalism of the staff, which i dealt with jacob, and a female (cannot remember her name) they were very professional and handled my situation well for what it was, so I cannot put blame on them. I do however put blame on the owner of the shop, and im sure you will read this. Order higher quality parts, yeah sure most people wont know the difference, but I did when my phone was barely useful. I will never come here again for any reason, and I will make sure anyone i know will not either. WORST EXPERIENCE I HAD EVER HAD! I went to get a screen replacement on an iPhone 6s, and a battery replacement. A lady confirmed to charge me $120, but the lady closed the store early claiming to leave at 5pm, when the store closes at 6pm. She was suppose to call us when the phone was ready, but never did. We had to wait until the following day to pick up the iPhone, because the next day was closed. When we had gotten the phone, the owner claimed the price was $140, but granted the $120 due to the lady’s previous price. As soon as I had gotten The iPhone, the owner claimed that the iphone wasn’t able to turn on until 30mins later, he charged us then we left, the iPhone finally turned on but the home button didn’t work anymore, we went back to get it fixed, still didn’t work as well, then two days later the entire mother board crashed and I was unable to use the phone at all, and I went back to complain that the iPhone was had completely crashed, they claimed that because it’s not a screen or battery problem that we would have to pay an extra $120 to get it fixed.
