Verizon — Local services in Bartlett

One of the few times and reviews that I'd want to give 6 stars. If you've read the other reviews you have an idea why. All I can do is echo their comments. Competence, accuracy, presentation, service... all off the charts. Josh not only answered all of my Android questions but was also able to answer my wife's Apple questions. In both cases he quickly pointed out the pros and cons in concise accurate answers that made it obvious that this man knows his stuff. I went in just to look at the new Samsung S24s because I'm due for an upgrade and had a couple questions. Fifteen minutes later I walked out with a smile and the completely satisfied owner of a new S24 Ultra. Tired of getting the runaround? Impatient with associates who are basically morons? Completely over dealing with incompetence? Then just skip the other Verizon stores, this is where you want to go for all your phone needs and questions. Well done, sir,...

Best customer service!!! They fixed my awful experience at the corporate Verizon store on Germantown PKWY. Not only did the other Verizon store on Germantown PKWY NOT offer to take my old iphone for trade-in, they sent me away without making the switch to my new phone. I was told that I had to go home and follow the link to activate. It is not as easy as it sounds, the link had technical issues. This caused for both phones to not work and left me with no phone to call and get help. I went into this local Verizon on Stage Road and they fixed it for me. I know understand the difference between a corporate Verizon store and a local Verizon store. Trust me, go to this Verizon on Stage Road if you want amazing customer service and leave...

I had an outstanding experience with B during my recent visit to Verizon. From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to understand my needs, explained all available options clearly, and made sure I was completely comfortable with my choices before moving forward.
