The Donut Box — Restaurant in Bartlett

I arrived later in the day and first time here so there wasn’t very many varieties left but I tried the cinnamon roll and the strawberry strudel. The cinnamon roll was delicious and one of the best I have ever had. It isn’t anything like what other donut shops claim a cinnamon roll is that is dunked in glaze. Their cinnamon roll was freshly baked and had a perfect blend of cinnamon and light glaze. The dough was fresh and tasted great. The strudel was also very good and wish I had toasted it. I will definitely be back earlier next time to see what they have to offer!

6-13-23 Second visit. I made a chocolate peanut butter and strawberry jelly donut by putting two together. It’s freaking awesome! The donuts have such a good clean fresh taste to them. Fluffy and light. These are the old fashioned donuts I remember from years ago.

Great tasting donuts when they have any. I have been to the location many times just to be told they don't have anything at all. I was also told in a not very welcoming way, which is consistent trend with the location. Service never has been this places strong suit but they make a great product. The donuts are large and soft. The glazed donuts are sweetened prefect to my taste and I haven't found a better donut. Sadly, I haven't had one in a long time due to poor, negative attitude, counter service.

The Donut Box is truly something special. I have never had a donut as fluffy and delicious. When people I recommend this place to try it, I get actual phone calls from them telling me how amazing the Donuts are. These Donuts are responsible for destroying diets all over Bartlett and the surrounding area. They put smiles on a ton of kids faces. Donut cravings on Monday’s (when they are closed) are the worst when you drive by and realized they are closed. Understanding their Donut schedule and when to arrive to ensure fresh donuts are available is an art.
