Tanner Saved the Day – Exceptional Service and Expertise
I rarely write reviews, but the service I received from Tanner deserves serious recognition.
I came into the store with a completely non-functional iPhone — hardware issues had rendered it essentially useless. As someone who relies heavily on my phone for work, communication, and everything in between, this was a major problem. I walked in frustrated, stressed, and expecting a long, difficult process.
Then I met Tanner.
From the moment he greeted me, Tanner was calm, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He listened carefully as I explained the issue, asked thoughtful questions to confirm what was going on, and within minutes had laid out my best options — no upselling, no confusion, just clear and honest advice.
Once it was clear the phone couldn’t be salvaged, Tanner guided me through selecting a replacement. He made the entire process seamless, from choosing the right model to setting it up and making sure all my data was properly transferred. He even caught a few things I would have missed, like ensuring my iCloud backup was up to date before the switch.
What really stood out was how Tanner turned a frustrating day into a great one. He was efficient, friendly, and went out of his way to make sure I left with a working phone and complete peace of mind. You could tell he genuinely cared about solving the problem, not just making a sale.
In a world where good customer service can be hard to find, Tanner is the gold standard. If every employee had his professionalism and attention to detail, customer service would be a joy everywhere.

   Read moreI dealt with savvy the entire time I was dealing with att. I originally thought she was a little incompetent but trying her best. I have since determined she's"crooked as a snake”(very dishonest). Originally I went in to get a special phone for first responders (I am a firefight) she told me I was eligible to receive. After 3 70 mile trips to complete everything and halfway through the account setup, she told me that I would have to get a different phone. She made many grand claims about the plan and the bill, nothing she told me turned out to be entirely true and most of it was straight up lies. I don't know if this is standard practice for this location or just this one employee. I have been to other locations since and acted like a new customer interested in changing to AT&T. The other locations were honest about the promotion upfront and within a dollar or two of predicting the actual bill. In my opinion, if you are interested in AT&T make the drive to Heber Springs or Searcy. If the owner here was concerned about honesty, they wouldn't still have this employee.    Read moreA year ago I had a horrible experience with this store. I'm back to change that! Friday (1/28/22) I went back to this location to make a few changes to my plan as well as explore getting something new. After many attempts over the phone with customer service I got highly upset and decided I needed to go into the store. However I called prior to coming in. When I called I was answered by a lady named Ilissa. She did her absolute best to help me as much as possible over the phone, and answered my "one last question" everytime I have came up with a new one.
Later that evening I went into the store to find the very patient Ilissa still working who did her best over the phone. To say this women was the best I've ever experienced there is a complete understatement. She was 100% patient with me. And I can tell you right now I probably wasn't the easiest with my back and forth on what I wanted. By the time I left the store not only was I 100% satisfied with what I got, but was completely blown back with the customer service I got. It was a 180 from last time I visited, I had no questions and I'm actually looking forward to getting my new phone and going back to get it all set up...
