I have recently had a issue and posted a negative review at the time I was upset about a phone I got and payed over 1500 and the phone stopped working because of tower issues phone could not be used any longer. Well I should have touched based with the Manger Patrick because he was looking over accounts and seen what had happened and he was quick to call me and made things right quickly. Take my advice and always talk with someone before writing low reviews when your mad lol talk to them they truly will make things right . Will continue to use rent a center for anything I need. Patrick has helped out so much in the past 5 years and is one of the reasons we keep coming back time and time again with everything we need .
