Ok last night I had ordered my pizza's to be delivered when I got them one had almost no cheese so I call and talked to a man that told me they would bring me another on but never happened was very very mad and hungry at bed time! BUT...... Before I had even got up the next day I had a message on Facebook by Ms. Holly Killian wanting to know what happened so that she could get the situation resolved for me. Let me tell you first off, she is not the store manager. If the store manager isn't proud of her, she really really should be!!! The girl needs a raise because she is totally awesome!!!!!!! She really cares about her customers. Most manager or assistant managers get their work done first and then make the calls to deal with stuff like this later in the day. Holly was on top of it before I even woke up this morning! Holly had already talked to the store manager and gotten me taken care of before they even opened today. I know their cooks may need to step it up one putting the cheese on the pizzas and enough of it!! The night crew of teenagers needs to work on their customer service skills, just a little bit! BUT...... There is at least one person who is totally on the ball 110% at the batesville store and she is the only reason I gave them a 5 star review. THANK YOU AGAIN HOLLY!!!!!!!!! Read moreMay 23rd, 2016 @ 8:45pm- My name is Tabitha Brown and I am a customer who just called trying to use credit that was given to me because the last pizza I got could hardly be called a pizza it was burned, no extra cheese- barely the amount there is suppose to be without paying for extra. So I was on the phone with a guy first who didn't know what he was doing but he was nice and tried to figure out how to help me. So he put a girl who called herself a manager on the phone. Her name was Ashley. Not only did she treat me like I was a liar and said she couldn't find where I had credit but she got a SNARKY, VERY unprofessional attitude with me then hung the phone up on me. I called back within 5 minutes and requested to speak to a manager this is when she said there is NO ONE above her in the company because (ashley's words)"pizza hut is a franchise"..... okay. And so is Subway, Dairy Queen, and Taco Bell, etc. ,but there is still someone above the store manager. I bluntly told her I knew that there was someone above her (district manager, or even customer service) and asked her to give me a name or number I could call. She would not budge!! I absolutely will not continue service at this pizza hut with the manager treating customers like this. If anyone knows who I can get in contact with to resolve this please...
Read moreWe went after church this past Sunday with a party of 8. We ordered 4 med pizzas. 1 was suppose to be bacon and onion. Our waitress was very impatient and hurrying us along, even for our drink orders. You could feel the tension the minute she walked up to our table. We could hear her in the kitchen yelling about someone who called in and how far behind they were and telling another employee She didn't have time for something (not sure what) and telling someone else they needed to be done with something so She could get a delivery out. I felt sorry for the employees! And it didn't make for a very pleasant atmosphere! She brought out 2 pizzas. Then she brought out one and said they made the other one with beef and onion instead of bacon and they were remaking it. This was the pizza I had wanted so I waited to eat. She comes back with another pizza after a while and says "when they remade it, they made it the same way. Do you want it?". Of course I took it. At this point I just want to eat! No discount, no offer of a credit, no anything. I WILL be calling management. They have always been great in the past. Even when there was a problem, they have offered to make it right. I've never had to ask or call and complain. I'm hoping this isn't the start of a bad turn around on customer service at...
