I was referred here by the funeral home in search of flowers for my grandmother’s passing. Once I called and explained, I was greeted with an unwelcoming tone. I let the lady know what flowers I was looking at on the website, and she responded with short, rude answers. She remained snippy and unhelpful the entire phone call. Her tone of voice, lack of guidance, and expressing absolutely no empathy for the situation was bothersome after spending nearly $400. After placing the order, I called the store back in search of a manager to address this issue with. Only to find out that I was speaking with Joleen, the owner, from the start (She answered both times I called). I let her know how the initial phone call made my family and I feel.    Read moreI just called the customer service number for this flower shop and actually got a live person to answer the phone (after hours)! I am already super impressed by that alone, then the lady who answered was so kind and professional. It was easy to place my order to be delivered tomorrow morning to a sick friend in the hospital. I'm posting this review without even seeing the flower bouquet they will deliver, I'm sure it will be great given the excellent service I just got on the phone.    Read moreThis is not the first time I have ordered from them and been disappointed in the flower arrangement the recipient received. The first picture is theirs on their website, the second is the one that was received. It was like they just grabbed some flowers and threw them in the vase. Not even a ribbon on the vase as advertised. Not at all what I paid for and certainly not what is advertised on their website. I even bought the deluxe bouquet so it would be fuller--definitely not the case. I could make a prettier arrangement myself and cheaper. So...
