Alienware laptop in because my fans have failed, I had 3 different highly rated Cincinnati pc repair shops fail to fix it, they said they didnt know how so i was frustratingly dropping off my laptop there and picking it back up. Now Larry did it in the same day but also was charging Half of whatever else in Cincinnati's charging, if I live downtown and had to drive 55 minutes to have my laptop repaired by Randy, I would do it every time. The owner is very knowledgeable and passionate about each customer. I never felt rushed or pressured into buying "the best". The owner, Randy, took his time with me and answered each question in detail and that is hard to come by these days. Randy didn't just want my money, he wanted me to find the computer that was right for me for my needs. He didn't recommend the most expensive computer he had. Called randy up and let him know the issues over the phone, after a couple min he let me know what he thought it was. He gave me a diag time of 2 days, to my surprise he called me an hour later after drop off, to confirm his thoughts.
