People are very friendly, helpful, and skilled. Building is old and well modified but works for the purpose. Prices are reasonable for a local shop. They have a wide selection of guns, holsters, reloading powders, primers, bullets. they do great gun repair/ modifications. Ranges are older but well maintained. Having an indoor 200 yard rifle range is very nice. Prices for range time is $8:50 per half hour (as of 12/8/12) they are not very stringent on the time, so if you take 35-40min they tend to be fine with it if they are not booked solid. they have ammo at reasonable prices or you can bring your own. They also have gun rentals, they have a wall of pistols to choose from for $15 per half hour.

The employees and owner are helpful and will help you pick a gun for you and your needs. I have never seen or heard of them pressuring people to make a decision or push for a sale. Honest people and goods.

Bought a rifle they posted online. Was told it was on order and had to wait for it to come in. How do you post something for sale that you don't have??? So, I waited 2 months for it to arrive. Noticed on their FB page that they got a shipment in. No one contacted me until after I posted the question in FB after seeing thier post. So, whent to pick up the rifle. I should have said something, but I just wanted to be done with the deal. The rifle was not exactly what I purchased since it had no sights as described. It was a bare bones rifle, "optics ready". If you're looking for a place that will violate your 2nd amendment rights, this is it. Wouldn't let me fire my "ghost gun" (6.8 SPC upper from palmetto state armory with a professionally built 80% lower). Their reasoning was that without a serial number, the ATF wouldn't be able to track my rifle. They do record all serial numbers that come into their range, there is no law or requirement in Michigan for this.
