Harbor Freight — Local services in Bay City

Large selection of items do get you through whatever you are doing. Went in looking for a 3' thumb press wire pick up (usually used in mechanics), found a Man with a manager, or which I believed was a manager badge, to help me. Never coming in before I thought it was in the location he directed me to, with no result... Said we didnt have it. Hmm, so walking around more, about 6mins being in the store, a young lady approached me and asked me that magical question "Sir, we require you to have a mask in this store". 😕🤨🙄🙄 Passing her most generous offer I located my item down the welding section and proceeded to search for the person who should have known where things were, to show him where it was. Glad I found what I came in for, but it was a tad painful... a store manager should have a good knowledge of where and what is in the store they manage... Also, you guys really need to get over the "Do you have a Mask" question. The country and area needs to move on over this!! If you want to wear one fine, if you don't,then don't feel it is your duty to ask a patron if they have something, they obviously dont require if it isnt already on...

Worst harbor freight I have ever been in. Last time I was in there looking for something that sed they had when I was online. There over 15 minutes weighting for some help. One guy on floor and my friend told me he was getting help from him but two guys up front jaw jacking with each other. Don't know if that is how the manager runs things or people just don't care. Though it was going to be nice to have one in Bad Axe but the last 4 times I have been there have not been good won't even order something you want or need. This location is the best one around the Tri-Cities area. I purchase a trailer kit from the Saginaw location and there were pieces missing out of the box. I called the Saginaw location and they weren't very willing to help me. I called the Bay City location and got Brandon. He was a supervisor there and he was very willing tonight only make sure they had a kitten that matched my trailer kit. But, he was willing to go through boxes of kids he had and find the parts that I required. Brandon went above and beyond to help me out and I will now be taking all my business to the Bay City...
