Burger 81 — Restaurant in Bay City

After taking my order, I was told my total was $15.56 when I drove around to the window the young man told me the total was $17.67. I questioned him on the difference in totals I just received, the worker ignored me. I waited a few minutes while he seemingly struggled with the register before he finally shouted "I owe you $3!!" And proceeded to hand it to me. I wish that at the time I would have double checked the receipt but I didnt, not until after I had drove away. My receipt said my total was $15.56 so I went back to the location to ask for the rest of my change or in the least an explanation. The first woman I spoke too treated me as if I was an invalid. I seen the young man that waited on me and I asked him if he remembered. He just stood there looking around. Then she said to park away from the building while they count the drawer. After waiting for quite a while another young man came out to tell us that the register was exactly right. I told him I wasnt all that worried about the change but it was the fact of the matter, we had been treated horribly. The man proceeded to call me a liar and as I drove away he screamed to me "you know what, dont you ever tucking come back here". Whatever happened to customer service? DON'T BUY FROM THIS RESTAURANT ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES EVER!! I had a $35 order for work at lunch when i got back to work half the order was missing, they must have forgot a bag. So i called and was told to bring a receipt and they would take care of it, so i grabbed the only receipt given and drove back (20 minute drive from work) waited in a extremely long line got to the window was told i didn't have the correct receipt by the manager ( I had the only one i was given) was treated horribly asked for a phone number to contact owner or higher manager and was told no! Asked for name of the manager telling me this and said his name was Joe. I asked again for a contract information of management/owner was told to Google it and call the number and ask for Joe. So i was never able to get my order corrected i lost out on money and will never return. Their website has no contact information for owner and employees will not give information to contact or message owner/...

Burgers are always great. Cheesy tator tots are delicious also. Cheese curds are good, but wish there were more in each portion. (Could say the same about other places that sell them too though) Shakes are delicious. My kids love the pulled pork and hot dogs. I love the banana and peanut butter, strawberry banana, pumpkin cheesecake, blueberry was a good flavor too. I have so many more combos to try though! I did try the fruity pebbles shake which is almost like drinking mouth full of milk and crunchy fruity pebbles. It was good and I liked it, but I felt like I had to still chew the pebbles, so personal preference could vary. If you just want a smooth cold drink, this one might not be it. Prices add up quick.
