Lasko’s Restaurant — Restaurant in Bay City

My husband and I went here for the first time about 2 weeks ago for breakfast/lunch. The staff were polite and got you the things you asked for without hesitation. The food was amazing!!!! I had a farmers Omelet and it was HUGE!!! and very yummy. My husband had biscuits and gravy with 2 sun side up eggs right on top of his biscuits and gravy just as he requested. The atmosphere was friendly, but the buildings they are in is very small and it was very crowded. I'm in a wheelchair and trying to get to a table that could accommodate my husband and I was a bit of a challenge since it was at the back of the restaurant. the isles are small so not to handicap friendly but the girls that were working that day helped my husband get me to the back to the only table that wasn't occupied and was wheelchair friendly. Yes I will recommend this place but just remember its small and not suitable for wheelchairs or rollerator walkers due to the small isles. Everything else...

I just want to say that your server, Amanda, is a very kind hearted person. My wife and I go to Lasko’s because she loves their omelettes, they are the best. Omelettes are her comfort food. She went there when she found out her cancer came back. We also go there after her chemo treatments. We wear shirts that say Team Wild Warrior and Wild Warrior. Amanda seen our shirts and asked if we knew someone going through treatments. We told her that my wife is. Amanda was telling us that her family member was going through treatment as well. After we finished eating, Amanda brought us our bill and said she had covered it. Amanda’s heart is in the place, but we didn’t want her to do that. This place is always busy and it's one of the few restaurants where you see the same waitresses year after year, they have excellent wait staff. The food is massive and delicious and always consistently delicious, everything about this place is consistently wonderful, my husband and I have been coming here for years and we love it We just wish that they had longer hours. The foods we generally get here are breakfast foods even when we stop later in the day. The Greek salad is huge I've never seen a plate as big as that and the homemade ranch dressing is just wonderful I always buy extra to take home with me because it's good and the sandwiches are wonderful and so are their burgers and their onion rings.
