Burger King — Restaurant in Bay City

Unfortunately it was very unclean. Once we got our food we had to walk around looking for a clean table. Once we did we looked around and the floors had garbage all under the other tables. We went to dispose our tray and the garbage bin was full to the top. This was the second time I have gone and been unsatisfied with the cleanliness of Burger King. Last time we were in the play area and that also was very dirty and I really didn't want my children to play on the play area it would as obvious that it had not been cleaned in awhile. I would suggest that it be cleaned nightly and have some sort of poster that shows that it has been cleaned and that your children are not subject to all the germs that are collected throughout the day. I am sorry I could not give it a better review. Being in Management myself and safe serve certified I know what the rules and regulations are unfortunately they have not met them either time I was there. The young lady that did wait on us was very pleasant. On the another hand there was a gentleman there that his order was not correct and a different server was very rude to him. She acted like he was just a nuisance. Finally she comprehended what the gentleman wanted. It still took her a very long time to correct it then sent someone else back with the supposably correct order and it still was not right. As I said I feel bad giving this kind of rating But is is the second time I have dissatisfied with the cleanliness. Hopefully things...

Every aspect of our dining experience was awful. Spent $35 on meals just for myself and 2 of my kids. So ridiculously over priced. But that wasn’t my main issue. The staff was all friendly, which was the only good thing I can say. Although, the manager isn’t someone I’d let run my company. He was so so loud. Yelling, joking around, acting very childish. Myself and 3 others in line all stopped and looked at each other in awe listening to how he was talking with line wrapped around the building for the drive thru and 6 people waiting to order inside and lots of kids around. Should of been more worried about getting the customers their food. But instead he then completely left the kitchen with all these people waiting and went into the play place and just sat down and talked with family/friends while his crew were clearly struggling. He spent at least 15 minutes in the middle of a rush sitting talking. Aside from the horrible manager, the food also wasn’t good. I ordered a original chicken sandwich, and it had a chunk missing right in the middle of it! And they still served it to me. Which is just crazy to me. Play place was a mess, tables were dirty/sticky, pop startups were empty. Bathrooms dirty. Just overall a dirty place that I will not return to with my children.

The ladies at the front register were very pleasant they even suggested because of the meal I wanted they suggested it's a better meal for me which made it more a better price and they were very kind and then I had to go back in there only because my son wanted the bacon cheeseburger with only bacon cheese and the beef and they had it all the ketchup and the mustard and onions and pickle to it so I had to go in and have it replaced as my son only eats bacon cheeseburger plain the ladies at the front they were kind they took the refix my order and instead of throwing out that burger because it was still good they offered for me to take it to as they messed up the order the manager threw down another Burger across the table at me in a bag like get out of here then she grabbed the burger that was still good it was on the counter but my son wouldn't have ate it and she literally threw it in the trash can Wichita that case if you consider it's wasting yes they screwed up my son's food but instead of throwing it out I could have taken it and I would have ate it later I've even gave him the dollar for it but the manager at this particular restaurant was very rude like she got business to take care of get out of here the two employees...
