We like having this Cinema so close to where we live. However, we have been very disappointed a couple of times with the customer service. The ticket line at Wind Creek is also the Concessions line. On our last visit, we purchased our tickets online in order to avoid having to stand in that line. Well, we had our tickets pulled up on our phone, bypassed the Concessions/ticket line and were told the lady taking the tickets couldn't scan our phones--we had to go through the line OR print the tickets out at a kiosk attached to the wall. Went to the kiosk. It was broken--and had been for some time, according to the person we asked for help. So, we ended up standing in the line anyway and missing the first 5 minutes of the movie. NOT IMPRESSIVE! On a previous visit, we were told we could not exit the theatre and buy popcorn unless we stood in the ticket line. That is just ridiculous. And they had PLENTY of workers there to open a separate dedicated concessions line for those that were already in the movie. They just...
Read moreLove everything about this theatre! Comfort, sound, video, ease of access, great prices, good food. Employees are always friendly. Restaurant right there in the same building with great food, moderate prices. Great arcade for the kids and bowling for the family. To top things off there is a supreme frozen yogurt buffet around the corner. This is a great family date in one spot. VERY family friendly. Looking for a couples date? How about dinner at an extraordinary Steak house, movie and dance club all in one place. Girls night out? Dinner, slot machines, dance club. In addition, you can spend the night in luxury, go to the spa for a great massage, facial, sit in the hot tub, take a sauna. Not much you can't get from this one stop and all with great customer service. I can't think of another place I've ever been to that you could do more at and have more versatility for any age customer. 5 stars are...
Read moreI drove to this cinema from pace fl. I had the worse experience that I have ever had. I took my 3 year old to see Beauty and the beast, and got the 30 minutes earlier for good seats. I got in the theater seat down and the movie came on needless to say it wasn't the movie I went to see. The movie they started playing was Get Out. That movie wasn't appropriate for a toddler to see. The first thing you hear is cussing and killing at the beginning of the movie. That isn't something I have ever experienced before. They didn't even act like it was a big deal the my child had to hear and see that. Never again will I waste my time or money to go to a theater that doesn't seem to care about...
