Fire Steakhouse is inside the casino and is popular enough that you should make reservations. We arrived on a Friday and could not get into the restaurant until Sunday. As you can see from my pictures it has a nice ambiance with a big fireplace, not too bright inside. There are windows that you can see the pool and some scenery around. But the big story is the food and the service! They call this a Steakhouse and we did order a nice ribeye and a nice New York strip, but they wanted us to try the lamb so they brought a sample and it was excellent. We also had a nice wedge salad, and we were going to split a baked potato but they instead gave us two full loaded baked potatoes. I got a side of mushrooms that were perfectly done and a homemade steak sauce that complimented the steak. They also brought a small scoop of sherbet in a bowl of champagne, prior to the main course, I think to cleanse the palate. Very tasty. As I said we got steaks and they were prepared medium well perfectly, tender and seasoned. Our waitress Helen was very attentive, and as I snapped a picture of the chefs grilling the steaks who were in somewhat plain view, we had a short conversation and that's why I got a couple pieces of the lamb chops.. I was impressed. We followed up dinner with a very chocolate piece of cake which came with chocolate syrup and shavings. You should know that the menu items are all priced separately. The lobsters, steaks, fish Etc are all without signs and you can order exactly as much sides as you wish or not. Finally, all of the staff, waitress, chefs, other wait staff we're all very friendly and helpful. This place is highly recommended when you visit the casino. I didn't have much luck at the casino by the way but they're certainly seemed to be enough winners that it had a good...
Read moreThis review is not to discredit the food or provided service from the staff that physically works within the restaurant. The distaste of my experience exists with the employees who make the decisions for providing reservations to potential customers/guests of the restaurant. My family had an ESTABLISHED reservation for our mother’s birthday—WEEKS IN ADVANCE, however, was called days later to inform, via voicemail, that our reservation was cancelled due to the anticipated influx of VIP guests that they were going to entertain instead. When we called back to obtain an accommodating, rescheduled reservation, we were told that the restaurant was all of a sudden booked for the entire weekend, and if we had “another weekend in mind please let us know.” It is truly disappointing to know that they chose to conduct business in this manner. Had we been told that there was no availability with the initial conversation, this review would not have been written. However, due to the lack of concern to make things right, even after the ‘screw-up’ relied solely on the employee(s)— my family was booted out of a reservation, not because our money wasn’t green and good enough to spend, rather it had not been “well-spent” within the casino, itself, in lieu of gaining the VIP title. In fact, this could easily appear to be a form of discrimination. In addition, it is considered piss-poor customer service to handle situations in this manner. Ultimately, you all have shown that you do not care nor does our concern matter to this establishment. The evidence is sitting in my voicemail. This review is written to make others aware of how things could work out if there is no “evidence” of how much money you’re willing to spend for the sake of...
Read moreIt’s a rough start with no hostess on duty. We waited quite some time and had to ask if we were supposed to see ourselves eventually the bartender had a moment to go retrieve a waitress to see us. We were told they didn’t have a hostess that night. Once we were seated, we were in the back room. There were two other tables in there with people and we were the third table. We waited quite some time And weren’t ever greeted by the server that was back there. Eventually, some of the young ladies cleaning up, noticed that we hadn’t been graded or even given water. They definitely paid attention and got things moving Mitch the bartender Provided three wonderful drinks of our choice, Nay, Zaria , Sierra and Candace All jumped in to save the day. The server that was supposed to been taken care of us said that she didn’t know we were her table and that she didn’t see us however she walked past us and her POS was right by our table. These other young ladies were amazing. They made sure we had everything that we needed. They were very kind spent time to visit and chat with us. I have never had better service and had four wonderful young women making sure that our experience was better. There was a point where even Lucy the Chef had come out And apologized and made sure everything was to our liking. We were celebrating my birthday and even though it started out as a rough start, they definitely redeemed themselves. The majority of arrival was comped and that was a wonderful birthday blessing. Overall, the food was delicious and we had a great time we were about three seconds from jumping up and going to Sonic, but we are very glad we stayed. We will...
