I had written a review on Adams Loraine website, but apparently it has been deleted. If I could put zero out of five stars, I would. My family has lived in Bay St. Louis for generations and that is where I was raised for my entire life. We have always used this flower shop, especially under the previous ownership, but since I’ve last used them, my experience was absolutely terrible. My grandmother, a born and raised resident of Bay St. Louis, passed away in August. My father and I both ordered separate arrangements on a Tuesday for the funeral the upcoming Thursday. The day of the funeral, neither arrangement had been delivered by the time requested, which was 9am. In the meantime, my father and I both received separate emails stating the arrangements would not be delivered. Disappointment is an understatement, especially given the circumstances. I called the flower shop that afternoon and a young woman answered and told me the owner, Kathy, would call me right back. I still have to yet to receive a phone call from Kathy. My sister called the following day and spoke to Kathy about the issue and Kathy responded with something to the effect of, “I said sorry, what else do you want me to do?” Unfortunately, my mother, who had just lost her mother, heard this horrible response from a local business owner. So, apparently there was some reason she was out of the office on a Wednesday, and did not check her email or website Tuesday to see if maybe any funeral arrangements had been requested. We called this florist I Bay St Louis and ordered a beautiful arrangement , ordered on a Sunday Monday we find out the flower will be delayed u til Tuesday this went on u til today when they sent an email saying they will be delivered tomorrow a week after we ordered them .. we cancelled this order both by email and phone . We realize this world is in a bad spot and we understand that things aren’t coming on time or delayed but 6 days? When we woke to customer service the operator said “ well hopefully it will get better after the pandemic?????? Just be honest with your customers it caused embarrassment for us because we couldn’t travel there and the flowers were our way of “ being” there with them .. my only complaint is that they were not honest with us from...

But I will say that I had so many people recommend them to me, and I’m extremely disappointed. Had a great meeting last year about my wedding flowers. I had another meeting just one week ago where I was told things looked great and I would be given a quote in a week. A week went by and still didn’t hear back. I finally heard back today and they canceled on me. I only have a few short months left until my wedding. Information was withheld from me and instead of being honest from the beginning, they waited to tell me until now. Now I’m stuck trying to find a last minute florist for my wedding day.
