I’m not from Bay St. Louis. I live around Hattiesburg. I eat Smoothie King at least once a week sometimes twice. Yesterday I visited your store and someone claiming she was the manager took my order. I asked to receive everything in The blender, which from my experience would Require upgrading to a bigger cup. I was told I would have to pay for a bigger cup. I have been a loyal Smoothie King customer for over a decade. It’s the first time I’ve ever heard this and on top of that. She was kind of a smart mouth about it. Claiming that the owner told her to do that. So I said, be sure to give me my receipt so I can leave a good review for you… On my cup she wrote ‘’ Go For It ! ‘’ Again, I’ve eaten 1000 smoothies and I’ve never had one person write anything on my cup. Taking her Attitude to a whole Nother level. But there is an employee there by the name of “Selena” Who IS A VERY rude and miserable person. I asked her a question about the pumpkin smoothie, and her answer was very sharp And she acted as if I was bothering her?? And then she turned around before I could even get another word out of my mouth. And as I was ordering from the drive-through, she was extremely rude again & Her tone was full of nasty attitude. Read moreYou can’t sit in the store. It’s drive thru only. The service was nice on intercom but rude at the window. Didn’t respond about asking about military discount. They said they can make any drink sugar free but the drink we got definitely tasted sugar heavy. The peanut butter power smoothie was also not blended well. We called to say there were dates or something not blended well- they said ya it probably was the dates and they just appologized and didn’t offer anyway to fix it.
