I didn’t want to give this company one star. They are the worst storage facility that I have ever dealt with. Less than a week ago some units were broken into and lots of items were stolen. At least 9 or more units were broken into. Red dot neglected to secure our units. In which they claim that they have cameras and secure gate access. The gate continues to remain open. You can just push on the entry doors to enter the building. Terrible security. But the worst thing of all, is that there is no one to talk to in person. But through customer service which is someone not even located in the same state where the facility is. And they won’t give you anyone who is in charge email or phone number. There license is under a name call spark plug Capital, llc. If you value your things do not store them at red dot. This has happened last week 11/1/2020. Still unable to get a response from anyone. The facility where this happened was store number 118. Bay St. Louis Mississippi. Please if anyone who reads this can help us out with getting in touch with someone who works or have worked with this terrible company. Please post the information. Another problem is that the email address on their website is not a valid...
Read moreIf I could give this company new stars I would. I hired a mover to come three days in a row at $100 a day for the facility to be shut down could not get into the building nor could you get into the gate to remove my things it cost me $300 to not be able to move my things out of the unit. When I called the customer service line they told me they could not give me to any supervisors because none was available they couldn’t send me an email confirming my request for a refund or confirming my request for a callback. There’s a text number on the gate and when you text it no one responds there’s a phone number you can call a one 800 number of course and no one answers it’s an automated service. I’m reporting this business to the Better...

Edit: The front door is broken and doesn't shut, you can push it off the tracks and walk straight in (as per the note on...
