All I needed was 2 return shipping labels printed. The only option they had was a self serve computer that a customer before me had problems with it freezing up. They charge 35 cents A MINUTE!! And 35 cents per black and white page printed. The computer was SLOW. But you best believe that timer didn’t slow down. It took me over 5 mins just to log into my email. I printed out the first label which took its time. I then printed out the second label the same exact way it took even longer for the printer to even start, then it printed the QR code page which I didn’t need, then, taking its precious time to print the label. I told an employee I was having problems with the system when the printer showed an error code. In which he just hit a button. All in all I paid $3. When all I needed was two damn pages printed. Went in yesterday to print out a pdf. Could not get it to work. Asked for help and a absolutely no one knew how to use the machine. I am not a person who grew up knowing computers. But i expect a business company would have knowledgable employees. I know in my craft of cooking how everything works. I believe when you go to a business that advertises a service shoul at least have the knowledge to deliver that service..even if it means actually HELPING a customer.
