Coffee Culture — Restaurant in Bay Saint Louis

The employees are always really nice and they treat my dogs very well but there is no set standards for how the coffee is made. Either they hand it to you with the milk barely warm or it’s so overwhelmingly hot that the milk is curdled. And also, there never seems to be a set number of pumps for flavor. It’s either got nothing in it or there’s so much that your coffee is sticking to your mouth. I’ve gone back numerous times because the location is convenient, but today was the last straw. There needs to be an employee reference guide so they know the exact temperature the milk is supposed to be heated to, the amount of flavor to be put in, etc. I really needed this latte this afternoon... it’s good for the garbage!...

Coffee Culture is the best coffee shop!! Even if you are not a coffee drinker, they have something for you! They use Coast Roast coffee beans which are the best coffee beans you will get on the Gulf Coast! They have won multiple awards and it does not surprise me! I am a coffee snob. Dunkin regular and any Cafe coffee is not to my liking. I told the lady I wanted a strong cup of coffee, starbucks style. She asked, "cream or sugar?" I responded cream only and was quickly served a great cuppa. It was all ready brewed! I am so impressed. Smoother coffee than I expect from Starbucks but rich and flavor. I also got a toasted bagel with cream cheese, toasted by the server and presented piping hot, bagged up with an adequate container of cheese and a knife. I did tip accordingly.
