I had a horrible experience with this place. I drove over an hour to have my motor serviced and diagnosed and got nothing but excuses as to why they didn’t want to work on it. I was very polite and got nothing but rude service. Emily, the owners wife was absolutely horrible. Very rude and poor customer service. I don’t believe I ever got one response that wasn’t a smart remark. I explained to them that I had to drive over an hour to come to them being the I have a Honda and they are a Honda dealer. I was told they’d take care of me and that is the exact opposite. I even wrote a list of key points for them to go over. Schedule the appointment and mentioned I needed to go to Mandeville to get my boat trailer, since he lives there OFFERED to pick it up and bring it back to BSL .
