A Luncheon Time Catering — Local services in Bay Village

If I could leave zero stars I would. This was the most drab subpar food I have had to date. Our lunch was catered by this place today... what a disappointment it was. The tiny piece of chicken was less than filling... was it even 3oz... maybe. The "fillet" was overcooked and tough The rice was cold and had hard pieces in it. The cornbread was dry ... the butter didn't help it at all. The veggies were bland and flavorless. there were rotten cucumbers in the salad Out of approximately 30 people, the majority were dissatisfied. I would suggest to not use this company for any catering.

In response to the owner: Nearly 20yrs in business and "10000" people catered for this month and 14 reviews. Interesting. As for how proud you are of your staff, that's great. I'm glad you appreciate them and it seems like a happy place to work but that does not negate the fact that the food was terrible. I should not have to contact you so you can strike a deal so you don't get a bad review. Your job was to provide a great meal without having to be told by 30 people that it was bad. My extended family raved about the fried chicken, baked ziti, Asian noodles and roasted vegetables we served at our graduation party---made by A Luncheon Time in Bay Village and served on the east side in Euclid.
