Had a conversation at drop off. Shirts needed to be folded not hung. Told it takes 4 days. Go to pick up shirts not folded as needed but on hangers. Worker was very rude borderline confrontational. She said she didn't put order in (which she did at drop off) nothing she can do "take em". Horrible nasty customer service. If she would have just said oh no I'm so sorry etc...
