Nice theater. Clean and a lot of seating space, but I have to give this review a 1 star due to the lack of supervisor’s competence when dealing one-on-one with client complaints and managing crowd control. If you are planning to bring a group of people, you should not consider this theater, if you are like me and wish to have good seating and no wait time this is not the theater for you. When you ask for a supervisor or manager they just give you half-truth explanations, referring to the policies which they do not show you until you ask for them and then finishing by telling you there’s nothing they can do. In my case I just wanted to have good seating for my family and myself and asked the supervisor if he could ask other costumers if there was seating for three. He did none of that, he walked inside the theater an informed me I could seat anywhere down in front of the theater, I told him I could not accept this seating due to personal reasons I did not wish to disclose , he shrugged an said there was nothing he could do and gave me his back and began to walk out of the theater, forcing me to walk behind him begging him for help for approximately 15 to 20 minutes to get a raincheck. (The supervisor I mentioned is named Carlos Díaz.)

Once manager William Nieves was called he was the only one with any decency and actually kind enough to grant me with a raincheck for my family without explanation needed or having to beg. In resume, I do not recommend Plaza Del Sol to anyone and especially those who wish to go with their families, what I can recommend is that Caribbean Cinemas Plaza Del sol Management re-train Mr. Carlos Díaz in one on one client engagement, which he clearly needs. I personally will not be going to this theater ever again which is sad, since I’ve been a client for over 15 years and will also recommend to my close friends to stead clear of...

This Theater Has Been My Childhood Theater And I Still Go To It A Ton, In My Words, I Really Like This Place, It Always Has Tons Of Rooms For Films, It's A Nice Vibe, Most Rooms Are Really Good And Pretty Big (Most On The Right) And The Concession Zone Is Also Good And With Quite Some Stuff! Only Issues Are That While Employees Are Mostly Nice, They Are Some That Are...Very Boricua If You Know What I Mean (I'm Boricua But Still) And Some Rooms Are Pretty Outdated Which I'll Mention In A Bit, Before You Read It, Check These Standies Out!

Pros: Nice Rooms And Good Screens, Nice Atmosphere And Environment, Mostly Good Staff, Big Movie Selection, At Weekdays Or Fridays Always Empty, (For People That Don't Want Much Ppl) Good Concession, Classic Theater.

Cons: Outdated Seats, Some Left Rooms Are Too Small, (Be Aware Of Room 7, 8, And 9, More 7 As It Is Way Too Small) Too Many Closed Bathrooms, (Especially Men Bathrooms) Another Concession Spot Is Closed And Has Been Closed For So Many Years And It Should Open.

That's All! I Personally Recommend You To Go, People Say That Apparently There Is Some Dirty Carpets That Smell, But I've Never Felt That Smell So Maybe A Con For You? Anyways, I Think It's Nice Place You Should Go For The Movies, More For Casual Stuff, Check It Out!

I visited Caribbean Cinemas at Plaza del Sol with my family to watch Aquaman 2 and have a good time with them. I bought everything online, wich was a pretty straight-forward process. The first red flag was at the concession counter to pickup the popcorn and the beverages. The employee questioned my order...I paid for two bottles of water and he wanted to gime me two sodas instead. That was easily resolved.

Now, the seats!!! Just look at the pictures. There's now words to describe their current conditions...and no excuses to allow customers to seat on them. If you really care for your customers, that room (#4) must be closed immediately and reopened...
