Soft & Creamy at Plaza del Sol was a great stop for a quick treat while shopping with my daughter. The line was short and moved fast, and the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. They had signs up saying "Efectivo Solamente," which wasn’t an issue since I had cash, but when I tried to pay with a $50, they couldn’t take it. I only had a $10, so I asked to cancel the waters to stay within that—no problem. The total was still just over $10, but they quickly adjusted something so I could pay without hassle. Super nice, super helpful, and I really appreciated how they worked with me. Expresè que no me gustaba el mantecado de chocolate porque estaba "grainy" tiene unas bolitas arenosas que nunca habían estado antes. Soy super fan del mantecado de chocolate y sè de lo que hablo. Pregunté si habian cambiado algo y porquè estaba así y las dos empleadas mirandose una a la otra repitiendo que era lo mismo y no habia cambiado nada. Sabrá Dios qué me comí si era sucio de la máquina. Asco!!!! Ninguna ofrecioʻ solución alguna y yo echè 6$ al zafacón. Què le hicieron a esa receta? No tenía nada de creamy.
