Walmart in Bayamón is convenient for picking up a variety of items, but the overall shopping experience can be quite chaotic at times. While the store offers a wide selection of products at competitive prices, the disorganization often makes the process more stressful than it needs to be.
During my visit, I noticed that the aisles were crowded with items that hadn’t been restocked or put away, making it difficult to navigate. Additionally, the checkout lines were long and moved slowly, which added to the frustration. It seems the store could benefit from improved staffing and organization, especially during peak hours.
That said, the staff I interacted with were polite and tried their best to assist despite the apparent challenges. The store’s location and availability of items remain a plus, as it’s convenient for everyday shopping.
If the management could focus on improving the overall organization and efficiency of the store, it would make the shopping experience much more pleasant. For now,...
Read moreI've been coming over for 6 months to keep track of things. Everything got awfully bad.👎 Prices raised up in no time, twice. Many stuff, no matter what you are buying, are never available. Customer service is a mess when you ask for help with any article. You need to walk the whole store to find an associate, and when you find one, they'll just send you back on your own to search again, instead of coming along to help (didn't find what I needed). Too many products not being restocked. This store is not well organized and this makes it very difficult to find any item also. The person in charge needs to start from scratch with an assistant. The lighting is bad, too dim in some areas where is necessary. My only star goes to the employees at the cashier area for their good service, and for us customers for cashing our products by ourselves. But this store in general gets a ½ ⭐ rating. Update: I recently visited again. I found out the shelves were well stock. Everything else is mostly...
Read moreWow, this Walmart in Bayamon, Puerto Rico, was so full that it felt like Black Friday in February. The parking lot and store were full. I have to say they had many empty selves and we couldn't locate many of our favorite snacks or foods. I hope they really do better with ensuring that the store is fully stocked. I was surprised to see they even sell appliances. If you need to visit, ensure you are not in a rush and prepare to wait in a long line not only to pay but also to leave the store. They have security at the exit of the store, checking all receipts, so the lines can get really long. It's a bit frustrating, but I guess they have to ensure goods are accounted for. I recommend it if you have patience. If not,...
