This 5 star are not for the store, this are for the AMAZING service of employees Amadelys and Amanda. They are the only reason why this 5 star review. Amadelys was doing some restocking when was approached with a question. She immediately stopped what she was doing and took her time to show the items that were asked and suggested a better options, even went the extra mile explaining why and how to use it. When looking for one of the items, she asked Amanda for more precise location and they became a perfect example of Teamwork. Amanda took over the baton and explained all the details of the item needed and also explained the process of how to use it by showing other items that had a similar final result. WAO! This ladies are the type of employees that create clients for life. This level of excellent service is not usually the norm on big stores. But it must be said that in the past had experienced this level of employee’s excellence on this particular location. So kudos to the ones responsible for this, thank you for keeping this level of employees. Amadelys’s and Amanda’s service is a perfect example of how things should be done… BRAVO, their shine is real✨👌

Read moreHome Depot is like Disneyland for adults who secretly (or not-so-secretly) love to DIY. You walk in for one thing—maybe a lightbulb—and suddenly, you’re considering a full kitchen remodel because “why not?”
The selection is amazing, and the store has everything you could possibly need (and things you didn’t even know existed). Tools, paint, plants, lumber—it’s all here. I mean, where else can you buy a hammer, a houseplant, and a toilet all in one trip?
The staff are always helpful and seem to have an encyclopedic knowledge of the store. Need to know where the left-handed screwdrivers are? They’ve got you covered. Although, sometimes it feels like a treasure hunt just finding someone in that giant warehouse.
One of my favorite things is the garden section. It’s like a mini jungle back there, and I always leave with way more plants than I have space for. Let’s just say my “small herb garden” now looks like a scene from Jumanji.
The only downside? You might leave with an empty wallet because you somehow convinced yourself you needed that fancy power drill “just in case.” But honestly, no regrets.
In short, Home Depot is a magical place where dreams of home improvement and DIY glory come alive. Just be prepared to spend more time (and money) than you planned—because let’s face it, no one ever leaves Home Depot with...
Read moreManagement needs to step up! Shopped there today. They have Covid -19 protocols in place- so pick-up area is run by four employees. Drove my car to the pick up area and put my shopping in my trunk. Realized I didn't remember moving the hardware I had just bought (4 large (8 inch) bolts ). Stopped, checked and yep I was right. Went back. My shopping cart was still there. No bolts. 4 guys there did not know where the bolts could have gone. None met my eyes. After conversing amongst themselves for some minutes and making a show of looking around- sent me off with a "sorry mam maybe some person came and stole them and we cant do anything" There is no one else there! Covid protocols keep the area cordoned and they are the only ones there! So be wary during this process- $15 worth of bolts- way upset- enough to post...
