I am still in the drive through, horrible customer service. We arrived and the lady would speak so fast that wouldn’t let us speak. We had no menu in front of us and asked to see a menu before placing our order she said and I quote “this is the only things that are on the menu” and continue speaking fast and would not allow us to hear what she was actually saying.
After that, I would ask if they had coffee, salad, chicken sandwich and chicken salad since that was what we wanted, she would answer of course we have after saying they barely had anything in the menu with attitude.
After taking the order she left, with out saying to move forward or that she was done taking our order and went to the car behind us.
The following staff, approached us to get the payment, they approached by saying hello, and buenas noches, they were not rude at all. The man who asked us our name to bring the order, was super polite and excellent...

Went yesterday and ordered a meal and got "There is a limit of two sauces per meal." Offered to pay for more, and still no.
If the franchise owner is going to be cheap and bogart the sauces, then the dining experience goes against the spirit of Chick Fil A. Every Chick Fil A in the states is more than generous with the condiments. That is what they are known for.
If the owner doesn't want to maintain the same standards that you can expect at pretty much every other Chick Fil A, then they have NO BUSINESS using their name.
