Horrible place and total waste of money nowadays. Literal wasted like $25 per person for dinner buffet and a fountain drink. Totally overpriced. First the cashier was in a horrible mood and I saw him disappear to talk to the kitchen staff leaving the cash register alone and making visiting clients wait many times while I was there. Then we had to wait for almost 15 minutes for the waiter to appear to get our drink order and then wait like another 10 minutes to get our drinks. All of the food was terrible and old. The salad bar was disgusting and unpresentable, no replacements of the food they just wiped the counter to appear they were doing something. The smallest tray was the Ribs and it was all bones and was never replaced. The pizza was so old it turned into a literal cracker. The Dessert buffet section was a total ugly disaster zone and was never cleaned or replaced. Even the Ice Cream tasted watery and was badly mixed. There were 2 managers in a corner with laptops doing nothing like they were just killing time, only one went to the kitchen only once to look for the cashier that disappeared and had clients waiting at the abandoned cash register, after he appeared she just laughed it off. Mind you I have been visiting Sizzler for over 20 years and it was never this bad. It was so bad I won't be...
Read moreMy recent visit to Sizzler was filled with both highs and lows. The restaurant offers a welcoming environment and a diverse menu that promises something for everyone, which initially made for a promising dining experience.
The salad bar, a staple at Sizzler, was well-stocked however the ingredients did not look fresh. The staff at the restaurant were courteous and attentive, contributing positively to the dining atmosphere with their prompt service and pleasant demeanor.
However, my experience took a downturn after the meal. Unfortunately, I suffered from food poisoning, which marred what could have been a delightful visit.
While I appreciate the efforts of the staff and the initial appeal of the menu offerings, the health issue I experienced afterward cannot be overlooked. I hope that this is a one-off situation and that Sizzler will take all necessary measures to ensure freshness and the safety and well-being of all guests moving forward.
In conclusion, while the service and selection at Sizzler were commendable, my personal experience with food safety significantly impacted my overall impression. I believe that with stringent health checks and attentive kitchen management, Sizzler can restore confidence in their...
Read moreWe paid $48 for 2 people to eat at the buffet and get a drink each. Upon getting to the buffet, we discovered it’s all sides- except the salad bar. Mashed potatoes, rice, mac n cheese, more rice, beans, pasta. There was taco shells, lettuce and pico to make tacos.. and that was it. No meat to put on it, no cheese, nothing. Server checked on us once to bring us drinks and 3 plates for the 4 of us. The only non side dish I found was fried chicken.. it was so overcooked and hard you couldn’t get the meat off the bone.
While she was there we inquired where we get the main entrees and were told we needed to go up and purchase it.. what?! You want an additional $18 per person after you just charged us $24 each for a drink and the buffet? No thank you.
The food was not good. Between the 4 of us we didn’t even eat a plate worth.
Do yourself a favor and save your money and your digestive tract and go somewhere else. We...
