Unfortunately I will not be returning for few reasons. I don't mind paying for a service if the price is clear and I always tip generously too. 1st time I went the perm, and dye was 180, and I tipped one lady $30 and the other who washed my hair $10. Yesterday I went for a wash and set with deep conditioner. Now they gave me a card saying the next visit I get a free deep conditioner.... online it said the starting price is $30 but the hair stylist said it's going to be $70...my hair was already wet so I couldn't leave. My thing is when I asked her how much is wash and set without deep conditioner she said $50 and trimming is $15...ok, let's do the math I have a card from them.....saying free conditioner... in other words i should pay $65 but the owner didn't even take anything off when I gave her the card....I had to say something for her to take $5 off. Then she told me depends on your type of hair it's more $$. Idk but my hair is relaxed and not crazy long so I was charge more??? Makes no sense.. I ended up paying $95 with the tip. I will never return, bc I am generous but I hate greedy stylist. There are alot of other hair salons. It's overpriced, it's unclear and the owner don't honor the pink card she gives. You get my money once but you will not have me as a regular client because I will...

I dont know where to begin with. First of all the location is great and convenient. The Beauty Salon is very well organized, Clean is a plus+ . The customer service is Excellent. All the girls are very efficient, Kind , Sweet, sometimes you see them very serious but thats because their are concentrated on what they are doing. Anny the Owner she is very efficient. She cares about her customers and always accomplished of what you need or looking for. Jennifer , Suyapa, Kiri, Carmen, they all know what their doing they are so adorable, if you are looking for an excellent customer service, excellent job, and also a time to relax this is your place. They do also skin care like facials for acne , melasma to improve your skin tone. And look way more younger. .. . They have great discount prices and promotions on the holidays too. They accept different types of payments too Credit, Debit cash and If you cant pay at the moment you can apply for Afterpay their accept that too. I WILL Give 10 starts to this place instead of 5 this is how good they are. Thank you girls for everything and excellent...

I’ve been going here for almost a year now the service was good Kiri is the best stylist they got she don’t deserve to be at that place however my last 3 visits here it’s been like hell to get my hair done like I’m begging and not paying. They start overpricing me, they’re never on time they pick and choose who’s hair they want to do. Yesterday I went there to get my hair done I made a 10:00am appointment got there and still had to wait didn’t get my hair wash until 10:50 the person who washed my hair soak my entire clothes. However I didn’t get my hair started until 11-11:15 and i couldn’t even get it finish because the stylist changed me to a different person who didn’t have any idea what she was doing she went over the same spot like 3 times and still didn’t get the cornrow correct. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD I would never recommend this place to any...
