Small locally owned hidden gem in Bayonne. We got a sesame seeded French baguette, sugar cookie with red sprinkles, churro flavored muffin and lastly a slice of vanilla pound cake. The sesame baguette was one of the best tasting breads I’ve ever had, as long as I live in Bayonne I will never purchase a baguette from the supermarket ever again, that’s how good it was. It was very fresh and the quality was amazing , just with some butter it was perfection. Everything else was really good too , including the churro flavored muffin. Which executed in flavor and freshness , the top that was dusted with cinnamon sugar that wasn’t overpowering and the actual cake was moist and light, super satisfied with taste and the price which totaled to $9.50 for everything. Customer service was really friendly and welcoming, I love discovering the locally small owned businesses Bayonne has to offer and this establishment is one of them. I will definitely be coming here often going forward :)! Definitely give this place a try if you’re in the area, I regret not...

The Tres Leches Cake at The Blessing Bakery Is Pure Magic. Walking into The Blessing Bakery feels like stepping into a warm hug but the real blessing begins the moment you try their tres leches cake. I am in Bayonne every month and I FINALLY found my pan dulce spot. I was immediately greeted by the woman behind the counter and she mentioned they make fresh everyday. Had a chance to order the chocolate and vanilla concha’s and THEY DID NOT dissapoint. They are so soft and moist and I believe I taste cinnamon? Not sure but it compliments their recipe well.
