This store has the most horrible customer service I came in looking for dresses for my friends 16 we came looking for 5 dama dresses I have honestly never met anyone more critical than the lady at the front desk she would make all the girls uncomfortable by telling them that they were too big for the kids dresses which is completely ridiculous you as a worker shouldn’t talk about sizes, when I tried the dresses on the dresses would be ripped or damaged or the smaller sizes would be wayy bigger than the larger size , the sizes are way off trust me save your time and go someplace better with good customer service and someplace that actually knows what they are doing , we ordered dresses since last week, we(all the girls) got sized and they let us know that “they were ALL there” we got there and she had told us that only two had came and the dresses weren’t even the right sizes trust me when I say I will never come back here, your “business” should be closed you are the most unprofessional person...

I called to check the status and was told it was there, so I took my daughter and it was the same dress from the floor. I asked the owner numerous times if that was the new dress and kept saying yes. As I looked at it more, it was dirty, torn and old. She kept making excuses about calling the vendor and letting them know. When she checked about ordering another dress, supposedly it was out of stock. My daughter was crying and she never apologized or admitted that the store was in fault.
